Returns are accepted only if you contact us within seven (7) days, including the date of delivery, and if one of the following conditions applies:
1. The item is defective.
Please note that damage or wear to shipping materials (such as outer cartons or shrink wrap) does not qualify for a return or exchange.
2. The wrong item was delivered.
The item received differs from what was ordered.
3. The item was clearly damaged during shipping.
Damage to shipping materials alone is not considered eligible for return or exchange.
