Main patterns to consider:
- Owned works do not appear on your Shueisha Manga-Art Heritage account page.
- Owned works appear on your Shueisha Manga-Art Heritage account page but do not show on Startrail PORT.
1. Owned works do not appear on your Shueisha Manga-Art Heritage account page.
It is possible that the account currently logged in differs from the account associated with your owned works.
Please log in with the Shueisha Manga-Art Heritage account created when you purchased works at galleries or similar (using the same email address and same login method), and check your account page.

2. Owned works appear on your Shueisha Manga-Art Heritage account page but do not show on Startrail PORT
It is possible that you have created accounts on Shueisha Manga-Art Heritage and Startrail PORT using different email addresses or login methods.
Since a different email address or login method will result in a different Ethereum address being assigned, please check whether the Ethereum addresses shown on the member pages of both services match.
Also, please note that if you attempt to use multiple login methods with the same email address on Startrail PORT, only the method used for your first login will work, and other login methods will result in an error.
