You may have tried multiple login methods, resulting in the creation of multiple accounts. If you logged in with an account different from the one you used at the time of purchase, your collection will not be displayed, so please log in with the account you used at the time of purchase.
- Our membership system offers three login methods: (1) email address login, (2) Google login, and (3) MetaMask login.
- If you are using Gmail, you may have unintentionally created two accounts as a result of trying (1) email address login and (2) Google login with the same email address.
- Please check the email address you used to login when you purchased the artwork and the login method you used, and try again.
